🏐ENCSD Had an Amazing Time at Morganton Homecoming! 💚💛
This weekend, Morganton invited ENCSD to join them for their Homecoming celebration, and our students had an incredible time! Our co-ed volleyball team competed against Morganton on Saturday at 1:30 p.m., and our Hornets came ready to play! 🏐🐝
ENCSD won the first two matches back-to-back! 🎉 Our team played with determination, teamwork, and plenty of Hornet spirit!
After the competition, Morganton’s coach, Coach Tom, ran over to congratulate our team and commend them on how well they played. He was so impressed that he even visited the NCHSAA website and encouraged Coach Jolly and our team to consider starting an all-boys volleyball team to compete against other schools in surrounding counties. What an exciting possibility for the future! 👏🏐
But the weekend was about so much more than volleyball. Our students had the opportunity to socialize, make new friends, dance, and enjoy some 🏀basketball🏀 with Coach Jolly in the gym. It was a fantastic weekend filled with friendship, fun, competition, and unforgettable memories.
