ASL for Beginners

Our October ASL for Beginners classes were a hit! We had our last class yesterday. But if you were wishing for more, your wish has come true. Starting again on November 4th, ASL for Beginners will happen every Tuesday through November 25th from 6:00PM to 7:00PM. We will post a reminder before the first class.

National Bullying Prevention

Good morning,

As a school administrator and Title IX Coordinator, bullying prevention has always been one of my top priorities. Too often, students become targets of bullying—whether from an individual or a group of peers. These actions, whether verbal or physical, can leave a lasting and damaging impact on a young person’s well-being.

Website Maintenance

Update Our scheduled maintenance has been completed.

Our website has scheduled maintenance with our hosting provider. At around 3:00PM on Friday September 26th, our ENCSD.net will not be available for about 30 minutes. Once maintenance has finished and our hosting company gives us the green light, the website will be available again. Thank you for your patience!

Senior Spirit Night

Join the ENCSD Senior Committee for dinner while supporting our Class of 2026! Stop by HWY 55 on Forest Hills Rd. in Wilson on Thursday, November 6th from 5:00pm-9:00pm, and 10% of the proceeds will go toward helping our seniors with their upcoming school events. We hope to see you there!

Retirements

We 🎉celebrated🎉 Debra Pierce and Geri Jackson's retirements today. Debra was our Transportation Director and Geri worked in our dietary department. Both the staff and students will miss them but we are also happy for them! Debra said she will be enjoying some afternoon naps from now on. Enjoy your retirements!

Textures

The students have been working on identifying different textures and we went outside to find objects with different textures like smooth, fluffy, rough, soft, etc.
