Greeting!

Welcome to The Eastern North Carolina School for the Deaf web site! We are located in the city of Wilson, one hour east of the state capital, Raleigh, and three to four hours from the Atlantic Ocean’s beaches. ENCSD was established in 1964 and we are celebrating our 42nd year. We serve children who are deaf, hard of hearing, multi-disabled deaf, and deaf-blind.
