In October 2005, we dedicated our gym in honor of James “Barney” Williamson. He was one of our longtime coaches who had many successful years as a coach (won the Boys’ Mason-Dixon Tournament in 1991, 1992, and 1999) but most important he was a great teacher and role model not only to the ENCSD students-athletes but also to the athletes of the Mason Dixon conference. The gym is now named the James “Barney” Williamson Gym.
