Our residential students have been working hard in the classroom and in the kitchen this week! After school, some of our students prepared and cooked a special Christmas "breakfast for dinner" meal that included monkey bread, breakfast casserole, bacon, cookies and more. Hands-on experiences like this are so valuable to the learning process for our students, and I think these smiles show how much they enjoyed the activities too! 🍳🥓🍪
